Amy鈥檚 career with 色色视频 began in 2016 as a skilled home health field nurse, providing nursing care to patients in the comfort of home. After a year in the field, she transitioned into a behavioral health clinical team manager role, where she has continued to build her career in home health care and behavioral health leadership.

For Amy, working in home health care also provides the opportunity to take ownership, think creatively and respond to the unique needs of patients and care teams. She values being able to solve problems while remaining accountable for quality care and strong results.

鈥淥ne of the things I value most about homecare is the autonomy it provides,鈥� Amy said. 鈥淚 appreciate having the ability to make decisions, think creatively and find solutions that best support our patients, teams and community.鈥�

Building relationships outside of 色色视频 is another important part of her work. By collaborating with referral partners and community organizations, Amy helps strengthen local relationships and improve access to behavioral health services for people who may benefit from care at home.
